In August 2009 we moved to an online, steaming model, thus we ceased production of discs. For the price of one of our individual training products, you can access our extensive training library for a month and download at no extra cost.

THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE HERE IN AFRICA AND THE WORLD WHO DONT HAVE SMOOTH AND GOOD INTERNET ACCESS BUT HAVE THE MONEY TO PURCHASE YOUR DVD's...ITS RATHER A SHAME THAT YOU'LL LOOSE THIS CUSTOMERS, OF WHICH I AM INCLUDED.
THIS IS NOT EVEN GOOD FOR BUISNESS, U GUYS ARE LOOSIN ALOT...PLS GO BACK TO SELLING OF DVD's PLEASE. THIS PRESENT METHOD IS NOT WORKING AND AM TALKING FOR THE MASSES.
TOOOOOO BAAAAAAAAAD!!!!!
I'm new to DT and now I've learned about vault's transient nature I will abandon DT after my month's subscription in favour of something I can purchase and keep. This is because one month iosn't long enough for me to assimilate the knowledge I have purchased.
Pity, they look like good lessons.

I also dislike the idea of paying for something you do not own. I understand the ethos behind the e-learning and vault system, but I am a slow methodical learner and spend a lot of time going over and over stuff. It may be that in the time that I have to watch these videos that my time will expire and I will have to pay again for vids. Plus, not everyone has an iPhone or laptop and may only have access at home (like I do) and this availability becomes a hinderence. How about a feature that would allow for a permanent licence download for a possibly higher fee? That way, the need for mass productions of dvds would still be in effect, but customers would have the vids for as long as possible and could burn them themselves. Piracy, I know, will be a big part of this so it is doubtful that it will happen. Unfortunately for those who do not have the money and ability to use the vault, this training is now beyond us.
I find this a bit crazy! I live in South Africa whereby viewing a video on the net becomes extremely expensive! and I dont like the idea of buying information and it's not mine in the end. I would prefer to have the option of an actual DVD! And not vault it! Expires after 30days, and then pay again cause I'm paying for every bit of data from the net...... Is there no chance of DVD's coming back?
