Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. You can first sign up for a non-expiring free trial that gives you free access to thousands of videos, as well as the ability to use our Notes, Tags and CLIPS Technologies. The purpose of this non-expiring free trial is so you can test bandwidth, preview actual training lessons and view all of the features prior to purchase.

Because of our non-expiring free trial, we do not provide refunds on any subscription plan.

Customers can easily cancel their subscription at any time from within their 'My Account' page. Once canceled, your subscription will not automatically renew and you'll have access to the training library through the end of your plan.
