Are you having trouble receiving emails from Digital-Tutors? If so, please read below for possible explanation/solution. Prior to registering at Digital-Tutors, please follow these steps to ensure successful delivery of all of our confirmation emails.  The process for ensuring successful delivery may vary depending on your email provider.   Please choose your email provider from the list below for instructions:

Instructions for Hotmail Accounts
Instructions for Yahoo! Accounts
Instructions for Google Mail (Gmail) Accounts
All Other Email Accounts

Instructions for Hotmail Accounts

If you are having issues with Digital-Tutors emails not getting through to your Hotmail account, please ensure that the @digitaltutors.com domain is added to the safe senders list.   If you're unsure how to do this, please follow the steps below.

Step 01Log into Hotmail and click on Options

Step 02Click on "Hotmail" under the "Show options for" column on the left side

Step 03Under the "Preventing junk email" column, click on "Safe and blocked senders"

Step 04Click on "Safe senders"

Step 05In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field, type in digitaltutors.com.

Step 06 Click on the "Add to list >>" button

Step 07Verify @digitaltutors.com has been added to the safe senders list

Instructions for Yahoo! Accounts

If you are having issues with Digital-Tutors emails not getting through to your Yahoo! Mail account, please ensure that cs@digitaltutors.com is added as a contact in your address book.   If you're unsure how to do this, please follow the steps below.

Step 01Log into Yahoo! Mail and click the "Add" link next to Contacts

Step 02Give the new Contacts entry a name you'll remember. For example, "Digital Tutors".

Step 03Type "cs@digitaltutors.com" into the Email field.

Step 04Click "Save" button.

Step 05Verify the new contact was created with the email address "cs@digitaltutors.com"

Instructions for Google Mail (Gmail) Accounts

If you are having issues with Digital-Tutors emails not getting through to your Gmail account, please ensure that email from cs@digitaltutors.com is set to never be delivered to spam.   If you're unsure how to do this, please follow the steps below.

Step 01Log into Gmail and click on the Settings icon (looks like a gear) in the top right.

Step 02In the dropdown from the Settings icon, click on "Mail settings".

Step 03Click on "Filters" in the tabs along the top of the Settings page.

Step 04Click on "Create a new filter".

Step 05Type "cs@digitaltutors.com" into the "From" field.

Step 06Click the "Next Step" button

Step 07Check the box that says "Never send it to Spam".

Step 08Click the "Create Filter" button.

Step 09Verify that filter says all mail sent from cs@digitaltutors.com will never be sent to Spam.

All Other Email Accounts

Step 01Please check your ISP's rules for blocking emails and treating them as Spam.

Step 02Follow the instructions to let your ISP know that you want to receive emails from cs@digitaltutors.com.

Step 03Try adding cs@digitaltutors.com to your Address Book.

 

Are You Using These ISPs?

Below you will find several ISPs that we seem to block our emails the most. If you have an account with any of them, please make sure you check into their blocking rules.

  • wp.pl
  • email.cz
  • various educational institutions
