To access the component menu, you need to right-click on the CV spline. Once that menu appears, you can select “CV” from the left-hand side of the menu.

Now you should be able to select and move your CVs on the spline.

The get out of component mode, right-click on the spline, and select “object mode” from the upper left-hand side of the menu that appears.
