Click the "Forgot password?" link at the top of the site
Please note: You must be logged out of your account in order to view this link.
Enter your email address in the box to the left of the "Submit" button
Click "Submit" button
Verify that a temporary password has been emailed to you
Please note: If you receive an error, you may need to re-enter your email address as seen in Step 2.
Check your email account for the email with your temporary password
Please note: If you don't see an email, please ensure that the email didn't go to your Spam folder. If you are having trouble receiving emails, please review this Helpdesk Article.
Copy or write down your temporary password
Please note: If you wish to copy your password, you may do so using the shortcuts CTRL+C (Windows) or CMD+C (Mac).
Back at Digital-Tutors' website, click the "Back to Login" link
Please note: The "Back to Login" link only appears if you didn't browse anywhere else on the Digital-Tutors website while retrieving your temporary password. If you don't see this link, simply proceed to the next step.
Enter your email address and type or paste your temporary password
Please note: If you copied your temporary password in Step 6, you may paste it into the box on the right by using the shortcuts CTRL+V (Windows) or CMD+V (Mac).
Click the "Log In" button
Upon logging in, it is highly recommended that you change your temporary password
