If you are experiencing this issue on our website, please reinstall the latest Flash Player from Adobe by going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and downloading the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.

If this update still doesn't fix it for you, you might also need to deleting the Flash plugin from the Internet plugins folder, and deleting the Flash preferences from your library, and then reinstall the Flash Player.
Please note: this issue does not apply to Vault.
