Regarding new course Crafts Director studio

I m getting issue in this course initially. When i upload 4 wheeler vehicle tool from the plug-in software, i m not able to see the defined mesh on the viewport on the vehicle. i have checked in the attribute editior, the 'display' box. But then also not able to view the mesh. The manipulator/ pivot is viewable. In the outliner, the gravitional mesh and the car mesh is also definable but only not able to view the mesh in the viewport.
Pls guide to solve the issue so that i can go forward in the course...
