I saw couple of tutorials which do give an introduction to shader writing in Maya and Renderman. Could there be something which is more elaborate and could give more example based approach to RSL and Shader Writing in Maya and Renderman.

Malcolm Kesson's tutorials are very useful but it would be very useful to know exactly how to use it in Maya and RMS.
