Passwords are automatically and immediately emailed to you. Depending on what type of email account you have, sometimes it may take a few minutes to receive your password. If you have not received your password after a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure it was not accidentally delivered there.

To ensure that emails from Digital-Tutors are not delivered to your Spam folder, please read this Helpdesk article. Please keep in mind that this process is only for new emails delivered to your email account and any emails from Digital-Tutors previously delivered to your Spam folder may still be there.

If you have verified that the email was not sent to your Spam folder and have followed the steps to ensure that emails from Digital-Tutors are not delivered to your Spam folder, please contact our Customer Service department at helpdesk@digitaltutors.com.
